How can you get to see the properties before you buy?
Arrangements can be made to visit all the countries, locations and
developments.
Arrangements differ between developers, for example some offer
subsidised inspection visits including flights and accommodation, others
offer accommodation but you would be required to fly yourself to the
country, and others offer no incentives.
Most
developers will help you to make your arrangements and also
most will
refund all your inspections costs on completion of the purchase of one of
their properties.
None
of the developers we deal with use high pressure tactics to
secure a
purchase but will be available to take you to the sites, show you the
local
area and answer any questions you may have. |
